Jessica Urquhart, RYT 200

Coffee Enthusiast, Yoga Teacher and Spiritual Facilitator, Weaver of Tales, and Guardian of Little Ones… in no particular order…

With a deep-rooted passion for coffee, I endeavor to hone my brewing craft to perfection. From selecting the best beans to perfecting my brewing method, I strive to create a cup that is both rich and nuanced.

But my interests don’t stop there. I am also a long-time Yogini and Yoga Alliance 200h Registered Yoga Teacher. As a seeker on my own spiritual path, incorporating yoga, meditation and connection to nature, I strive to honour the Great Spirit, Great Grandmother Earth and Grandfather Sky through my intentions, thoughts, words and deeds.

Through the sacred power of storytelling, I weave tales to captivate my audience and transport them to far-off lands where fascinating characters and adventure await. I yearn to spin a tale that even the Norns, those three mysterious Weavers of Wyrd, would approve!

As a guardian of Little Ones, I am patient, kind, and endlessly creative… except when I’m not… But when patience and kindness fails, the Dragon rears its ferocious head, effectively bringing the mischievous little elves to order! Hence, the name, “Dragon Mom”.

In short, I am a woman of many talents (although I do not count brilliance among them), who hopes to bring joy and inspiration to the world, and when needed, a dash of terror.

*Writing about myself is something I abhor, but is, regrettably, unavoidable. Therefore, please bear in mind that I have written this with a generous sprinkling of humor.

My website is undergoing a revamp. Please check back.
